Trusted care at home

Someone dependable with your loved one, when you cannot be there

Innang AI arranges checked home caregiving support for Malaysian families. You describe the care need once; we handle the arranging, the safeguards and the record — so nobody is left calling strangers.

Why families trust us

Five things we put in place before anyone enters your home

We would rather explain exactly what we do than make sweeping promises.

Caregivers are checked before activation

We check identity, service and experience information, relevant credentials where applicable, and complete marketplace activation before a caregiver can receive work.

Grounded in a caregiver community

Innang AI works within Malaysia's wider caregiving ecosystem, including caregiver professionalisation partners such as KENDANA.

Your details stay controlled

Family information is shared step by step. Sensitive details are never published, and full address details are only disclosed when a service is confirmed.

A secure payment journey

Payment is handled through a managed journey rather than informal cash arrangements between strangers.

Bookings are managed, not left to chance

Each request follows one coordinated path so families are not left chasing individual caregivers.

How it works

From a care need to a managed service, in five steps

  1. 1

    Tell us the care need

Describe who needs support, the kind of help required, the area, and the timing that works.

  2. 2

    We review suitability

The request is reviewed against care requirements, service suitability, area and availability.

  3. 3

    Suitable caregivers are approached

Only caregivers who meet the basic eligibility for that request are approached about it.

  4. 4

    A caregiver accepts

The first suitable caregiver who can genuinely commit to that request takes it up.

  5. 5

    Managed service day

Details are confirmed, the service is carried out, and the arrangement is closed out through the platform.

What we mean when we say a caregiver is activated

Being signed in is not the same as being ready to work. Activation is a separate step.

  • Identity is checked against the details the caregiver provides.
  • Service and experience information is reviewed for the work they offer.
  • Relevant credentials are considered where they apply to the service.
  • A KENDANA record is taken into account where that is legitimately applicable.
  • Only after activation can a caregiver be approached about family requests.

We do not claim that every caregiver is fully verified or certified. We tell you which checks were carried out, and we do not imply more than that.

Human-led support

The kinds of care families ask us for

Non-clinical support delivered by people, in the places where daily life actually happens.

Companionship at home

Conversation, presence and reassurance for seniors spending long hours alone.

Daily living support

Help with mobility, personal care routines, meals and light household tasks.

Respite for family carers

Planned relief hours so a family carer can rest, work or attend to other commitments.

Accompaniment

Support for appointments, errands and community activities close to home.

How we arrange care

Careful arranging, not a black box

We are deliberate about what our system does today — and honest about what it does not do.

What we look at today

  • The care requirements described in the request
  • Whether the caregiver's stated services suit that need
  • Service area and travel practicality
  • Timing and stated availability
  • Basic eligibility and marketplace activation status
  • Family preferences such as language or gender where given

What we do not do

We do not rank or grade caregivers, we do not use learned recommendations to pick a "best" caregiver, and we do not run targeted waves. Suitable caregivers are approached and the first eligible caregiver who can commit takes the request.

Managed booking

One coordinated path, kept deliberately small

Innang AI is a small, focused team. We do not run a large call centre, and we do not promise round-the-clock staffing.

  • Your request follows one path with one record — no parallel negotiations.
  • Confirmations, changes and cancellations all move through the platform.
  • You are told what stage your request is at rather than being left guessing.
  • Support is provided during working hours; we do not claim 24/7 staffed cover.

On the day

Safeguards across the service day

  1. 1

    Before the visit

Confirmed timing, agreed scope of support and the information the caregiver needs to arrive prepared.

  2. 2

    On arrival

The caregiver identifies themselves and confirms the agreed support with the family contact.

  3. 3

    During the service

The agreed scope is what is delivered. Anything beyond it is raised with the family, not improvised.

  4. 4

    After the service

The arrangement is closed out through the platform, with a route to raise concerns.

Privacy

Your family's details are shared step by step

Controlled disclosure is a design decision, not an afterthought.

Never published

Exact addresses, sensitive care notes, identity documents and contact details are never shown publicly.

Shared only when needed

A caregiver sees the details required for that step — and full location details only once a service is confirmed.

No public directory

Innang AI is managed allocation, not a public caregiver directory. Nobody browses caregivers, and nobody browses families.

Held to the platform record

What was agreed is recorded through the platform so both sides have the same understanding.

Ecosystem

Our relationship with KENDANA

KENDANA is a caregiver professionalisation and community partner within Malaysia's caregiving ecosystem.

KENDANA does not own or operate Innang AI, and is not the booking or payment operator. Where a caregiver has a KENDANA record and that record is legitimately available to us, it forms part of what we consider during caregiver checks.
